How the return process works
Contact us
Send us an email at mail@simonebecke.com with your order number and the items you would like to return.
Receive confirmation
You will receive a confirmation within 24 hours with all the information for the return.
Ship the items
Pack the goods carefully and send them to our address. Keep the shipping receipt.
Receive refund
After inspecting the goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.

Withdrawal
In the case of a regular withdrawal, you bear the direct costs of return shipping.
Defective / wrong delivery
For defective or incorrectly delivered goods, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.
Exceptions
Important note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to individually manufactured goods that are tailored to your personal needs. This includes custom-made and personalised garments.
Defects: statutory guarantee
A fault in material or workmanship, or damage in transit, is not a return but a defect. In this case the statutory guarantee of two years from receipt applies.
Please contact us before sending anything back, so that we can arrange the free repair, a replacement or a refund and cover all shipping costs.
Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.
We use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction. There are no additional costs for the refund.
