To place an order, you add an item to the shopping cart and then proceed to checkout.
As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been shipped.
Please note that we cannot make any changes to the order details or delivery address after you have placed your order. Please make sure that all information is correct before you buy.

When you add an item to your shopping cart, it is not automatically reserved for you. Only when you start the purchase process at the checkout will the item be reserved for 5 minutes so that you can complete your purchase.
If an item you are interested in is not in stock, you can add it to the waiting list on the product page. Please enter your email address to sign up and be notified when the item is available again.
